RoboStars is a STEM, robotics, coding, and AI academy for kids and teens, with academies in Karem Sadde and Kousba, Lebanon. This policy explains what information we collect through robostarslb.com, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it.

We collect information only when you choose to give it to us, through two forms on this site:

• Free trial / “Reserve Your Spot” form: your phone number and the session type you're interested in.
• Graduation & Exhibition Day RSVP: your full name, phone number, number of guests, and any notes you add.

We do not use cookies or analytics/tracking scripts on this site. Your browser's local storage is used only to remember your language preference and whether you've already seen a promotional popup — that information stays on your device and is never sent to us.

We use the information you submit to respond to enrollment and free-trial inquiries, follow up about program availability, and confirm event RSVPs — by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Free-trial requests are stored using Google Firebase (Firestore) and a copy is emailed to us via EmailJS, a third-party transactional email service — both process this information solely to help us operate these forms. Event RSVP submissions are sent directly to our own booking system.

If you reach out to us via WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy. We don't share your information with anyone else.

RoboStars' programs are for children and teens, but the forms on this website are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian — we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this site. Any further information needed to enroll a child in a program is collected separately, directly with our team.

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, and we'll respond as soon as we can.
